There are a number of incidents on the roads in Cornwall stretching from Bude in the north all the way to Penzance in the south.
Included is one crash which traffic monitoring servive Inrix reports is blocking the A38 in Notter in both directions. There are currently five incidents being reported on Cornish roads by Inrix.
Inrix’s alert on the A38 crash reads: “A38 Liskeard Road in both directions partially blocked, slow traffic due to accident, two vehicles involved near the Trematon turn off.
“Affecting traffic between Trerulefoot and Saltash.”
As well as a number of crashes, there are also reports of flooding on the roads in Cornwall.
Inrix says there are reports of flooding on the A394 Penzance Road between Helston and Breage, near Lidl.
The traffic chaos comes as a ‘Yellow’ weather warning for ice and snow, covering most of Devon and Cornwall, comes into force at 10am and runs until 6am tomorrow.
