Step into the heart of Mexican cuisine with our hands-on Tortilla-Making Workshop. In just 1 hour and 45 minutes, you’ll learn the secrets to creating perfect, soft tortillas from scratch using nixtamalized corn masa.

What you’ll learn:

  • How to mix, shape, and cook traditional masa dough.

  • Techniques for making three unique variations, including chili-infused and herb-flavored tortillas.

  • The art of preparing two vibrant, homemade salsas (Salsa Roja and Salsa de Aguacate) to accompany your tortillas.

This workshop also explores the rich cultural heritage of masa and its central role in Mexican cooking. Enjoy the unforgettable aroma and taste of freshly made tortillas while gaining hands-on skills you can use at home. Perfect for beginners and cooking enthusiasts alike.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll receive a goodie bag featuring recipe cards and a small bag of nixtamalized corn flour so you can continue your tortilla-making journey at home.
