Winter Sunday Retreat

Come find your peace by the beach and nurture your well-being from the inside out in a magical space on the beautiful Lizard Peninsula. Join Sandra Cassidy from Sandra Cassidy Yoga and Emma Nicholls from Heartscape and take a break from the everyday to deeply relax, ground and re-balance.

This Winter Retreat will give you the opportunity and space to nourish and support your body, mind and spirit at this darker time of year. Mixing gentle yoga, mindful breathwork and meditation, it’ll be a deeply restful day designed to help you leave the world behind for a few hours, restore nervous system peace and emotional balance and leave feeling gently reconnected to yourself. A light vegan lunch will also be supplied. 

Find your inner peace on this Winter Retreat and take time out for some important self-care.

  • 10.30am to 4.30pm
  • Free parking on the beach by the hall
  • Bring a mat and a blanket (but don’t worry if you don’t have one, we’ll be bringing some spares)
