Shopping in Truro
Shopping in Truro is a unique and enjoyable experience.
Visitors and locals travel to Truro drawn by the City’s combination of top national shops, fashionable boutiques and independent stores. As well as the bustling Pannier Market and the popular Lemon Street Market with its art gallery and cafes with internet access.
Pydar Street and King Street are the epicenter of the well known national shops which intertwine into quaint opes full of smaller interesting and quirky shops. Explore River Street and Victoria Square for the independent jewellery and fashion shops which sport well known surf brands such as Quiksilver and Volcom. Then for a well earned break, continue on to Kenwyn Street, which is home to quality eateries and popular local bars and pubs.
Don’t forget Lemon Quay, which is home to one of the South West's largest Marks and Spencer, and Desire by Debenhams for Women.
Take a wander down Pydar Mews for fabulous gifts, jewellery and treats or head to Victoria Square which leads onto Kenwyn, River and Little Castle Streets for original clothes, shoes, homeware and more.
Enjoy the hustle and bustle of Cornwall farmers’ market on Lemon Quay every Wednesday and Saturday. The quay is also within easy reach of the Pannier Market and Lemon Street Market offering an array of shops and stalls.
And when you’ve shopped until you’ve dropped, put your feet up with a cuppa or a glass of wine at one of the city’s many coffee shops or bars.
