Towns in Cornwall everyone wants to move to

After months of coronavirus lockdown and restrictions, thousands of city dwellers have decided to relocate – and many eyes are turned towards Cornwall.

Interest in properties in the county spiked earlier this year after people across the country made life-changing post-lockdown moves.

Britain’s property websites said that the coastal areas of Cornwall had seen the largest jump in buyer interest.

And we have been wondering which towns in Cornwall have been attracting the most interest. A really good criteria to determine an area’s popularity is rising house prices.

According to data by Rightmove, several towns across Cornwall have grown in popularity in the last 12 months.

During this time, average house prices have increased by as much as 11 per cent in certain areas.

Here’s a look at the top eight towns in Cornwall which have been very popular in the last year.
