The Moonveil Soirée: A Fantasy Ball in Cornwall

The Veil Rises: A Fantasy Ball In Cornwall

Beneath the soaring, cathedral arches of The Alverton Great Hall, a portal opens. Gilded Veil Events summons the dreamers, the royals, and the starlit souls to the ultimate Immersive Fantasy Ball in Truro.
Whether you are a fan of fantasy books, looking for an ACOTAR-inspired gala, or simply seeking a night of high-fantasy elegance in Cornwall, a seat at our table—and a place in our story—awaits you.
The Call to Finery: Gowns & Crowns
Tonight, we leave the mundane world behind. We invite you to embrace the extraordinary and join our Celestial Ball. Arrive in your finest fantasy cosplay, celestial crowns, and royal finery.
Whether you come adorned in shimmering jewels like a High Fae, velvet cloaks of a shadow-singer, or the regalia of a lost kingdom, this is your sanctuary to celebrate your most unconventional, magical self. This is more than a party; it is the premier Bookish Ball for the South West.

The Experience

The Royal Welcome: Your journey begins the moment you cross the threshold with a Welcome Drink, followed by a selection of Hand-crafted Canapés served throughout the early evening.

The Soundscape: A curated musical journey moving from atmospheric, ethereal melodies to high-energy anthems fit for a royal court.

Captured Magic: Our professional photographers will be present to document your finery against the historic stone of the Great Hall.
